How it works

  • Choose your verification method

    Select an identity verification provider and verification method based on your requirements, including document and facial verification or bank-based verification.

  • Send an invitation

    Your client receives a secure invitation to complete identity verification from their device.

  • Verify identity

    The client completes the verification process using the selected method.

  • Apply AES or QES

    Once verified, the client can proceed to the Meeting Room or Directsign session and add an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) or Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) where required.

  • Receive status and evidence

    Verification outcomes, signing activity and supporting evidence are recorded within the full audit trail on Videosign.
