Can multiple parties sign a document?

Yes! You can invite multiple signers and witnesses to a session, and all signatures will be recorded and logged in the same document.

How does video witnessing work?

Our video witnessing feature records the signing process, providing an extra layer of verification and compliance. Complete with time-stamped audit log, and video evidence of point of signature.

Can I upload my own documents?

Yes, you can upload documents in PDF format to be signed within Videosign.

Does Videosign integrate with other software?

Yes, Videosign is integrated with multiple software providers, allowing seamless document signing and syncing.

What is the Videosign Contract Creator (VSCC)?

VSCC (Videosign Contract Creator) lets you build, send, and manage contracts using dynamic templates – all without needing separate word processing tools. You can create, edit and manage contract templates directly in Videosign - so you can use them time and time again! All subscription plans include VSCC at no extra cost.

Security and Compliance

Is Videosign legally compliant?

Videosign complies with eIDAS, GDPR, and other industry regulations, ensuring your signed documents are legally recognised.

Can I access a full audit trail of signed documents?

Yes! Videosign provides a detailed audit log of every action taken on a document, including timestamps and participant details.

Where is the data stored?

Your data is securely stored on AWS servers, in compliance with industry regulations.

What happens when I delete a meeting in Videosign?

When you delete a meeting in Videosign, it is removed from your account and will no longer be visible in your dashboard. However, please note that the meeting data, including any associated video recordings, is not automatically deleted from our servers.

If you require the permanent deletion of video recordings or related meeting data, we can action this upon request. Simply contact us with a written request specifying the meeting details, and we will ensure the data is securely and permanently deleted from our system.

All requests can be submitted via a support ticket.
