Videosign is proud to announce the renewal of our [**Disability Confident Committed**](https://www.gov.uk/guidance/disability-confident-how-to-sign-up-to-the-employer-scheme#sign-up-to-the-disability-confident-scheme) status, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, accessible and supportive workplace for all. Having maintained this accreditation for the past three years, this renewal reflects the progress we have made and our continued dedication to ensuring opportunities are accessible to everyone.

As a Disability Confident employer, we are committed to inclusive recruitment practices, making reasonable adjustments where needed, and supporting disabled employees to thrive throughout their careers. This renewal reinforces the values that have guided our approach to people, partnerships and community engagement over the last three years.

Our commitment to inclusion extends beyond our own organisation. Through partnerships across Liverpool, we have worked with local education providers to create opportunities for people to develop skills and gain valuable workplace experience.

We are particularly proud of our ongoing commitment to offering internships and placement opportunities for students and young people. These programmes help individuals build confidence, gain practical industry experience and explore careers within technology, while also bringing fresh perspectives into our business.

As we look ahead to the next three years, we are keen to expand our network of partners and continue supporting local talent across Liverpool. We welcome conversations with schools, colleges, universities, charities and employment support organisations that share our ambition to create accessible pathways into employment and help individuals reach their full potential.
